Our “Premium” offering guarantees you a 1-2 hour response rate on 24/7 coverage, with operators available for your assistance. This service also provides ticketing support but extends our operators for around the clock coverage.
Both offerings provide 1 FREE account to our DevOps platform and proactive monitoring, maintenance, and restoration.
Buy cloud support for 24/7 monitoring of your websites and instances, with HostTracker and Nagios. Our staff is notified immediately, by SMS and email, of any downtime, to take action immediately, without requiring a lengthy dialogue. We will provide full diagnostics, following all restoration procedures, and record all actions in our ticketing system. Website monitoring covers up to 2 virtual hosts (websites) per server on the same domain (ie. @/www + 1 subdomain).
