Leopolds Ice Cream

Leopold’s Ice Cream is a staple of Savannah’s downtown and as a cultural icon, branding and messaging remains an important factor in their identity. As a growing brand shipping nation-wide with multiple brick and mortar locations, demonstrating that message meant considering a redesign in 2019 but more critically, an immediate need to upgrade their 3-year-old technology to meet their operations needs. Arcane recommended an agile based approach, performing a full site and stack audit to identify all necessary upgrades. The resulting findings meant a budget-friendly upgrade procedure that allowed Leopold’s to salvage their existing site and create a project plan that was sensitive to their priorities and need for greater budgetary control.
